If it is about an order, ask on the order. Every order has a thread under My orders. Whoever picks it up can already see the part, the shop, the driver and everything that has happened — which is most of the answer before anybody types.
About an order
My orders → open the order → the thread is at the bottom. You will get the reply there and on WhatsApp.
About something else
Anything general — a question about how the site works, a problem signing in, feedback — goes through the same messenger: your messages. You need an account for it, which is a second of friction that buys us a name to answer to.
If you want to sell here
Dismantlers and parts shops in Dubai and Sharjah can register a shop directly. It takes a few minutes and a trade licence. Somebody reviews it before your parts go live — more about that.
A problem with a part you have received
Raise it on the order rather than with the shop. Disputes are handled by us — how that works.
