Payment

You choose how to pay at checkout. Nothing is taken before the shop has confirmed it has the part.

Nothing is charged when you place the order. We ask the shop first. If they do not have the part, the order is cancelled and there was never anything to refund.

The three ways to pay

MethodWhen you payAvailable
Cash on deliveryTo the driver, at your door, once you have looked at the part.Every order.
Payment linkBefore we collect. We send a link once the shop has confirmed, and the part is collected after it is paid.Every order.
Bank transferTo our account, using the reference on the order. We collect once the transfer shows.Parts totalling AED 5,000.00 or more. Delivery is not counted towards it.

What a transfer means for the delivery

It does not hold it up. We ask for the transfer once the part has been collected and the delivery carries on while it clears — unlike a payment link, which is paid before the part moves.

Paying cash

The driver collects the whole amount at the door: the parts and the delivery together, in one figure, which is on the order before they arrive. If you refuse the part, you pay nothing at all — not for the part and not for the delivery.

Refunds

If you have already paid and the order does not complete — a failed delivery, or a shop that could not supply after all — the refund goes back the way the money came. Cash orders have nothing to refund, because cash is collected at the door and the door is where it stops.

Invoices

An invoice is generated the moment a payment is confirmed — one per order, never before — and you download it from the order in My orders. It carries your company name, TRN and trade licence if you have given them, which you can add under My profile at any time; they appear on every invoice from then on.

What we do not do

We do not store your card. The payment link is handled by the payment provider and the details never reach us. We do not offer credit terms or accounts at this stage.

A question about a specific order is best asked on the order — My orders has a thread on each one.
