Delivery
We deliver every order ourselves. One order, one delivery — even when the parts came from three different shops.
AED 25.00 per order, and free once the parts come to AED 500.00 or more.
The threshold is measured on the parts alone. Delivery is never counted towards making delivery free.
Where we deliver

One delivery, whatever the order
A basket with parts from three shops is still one delivery and one fee. We collect from each shop and bring everything together. You never chase a courier, and you never pay three delivery charges to solve one problem.
If one shop cannot supply their part, the rest of the order carries on. You are told which line dropped out and you are not charged for it.
Our own drivers
The driver at your door works for Jakkaro, not for the seller. That matters more than it sounds: it is why you can look at the part and refuse it on the spot if it is not what was described, and pay nothing. The driver brings it back and we deal with the shop.
There is no self-collection
You cannot collect a part from a shop yourself — every order is delivered by one of our drivers. If that is awkward for your yard, say so on the order and we will work something out with you.
If nobody is there
We try twice. After a second failed attempt the order is cancelled, and anything you have already paid comes back the way it was paid. There is no third attempt.
